If renting a vehicle for more than 28 days, the contract needs to be renewed every 28 days by visiting the Rent a Car location.

Minimum driver age is 21. However, if the driver is 21 or 22 years of age, an extra fee of $50 will be applied during vehicle pick-up and possession of a full G driver's licence will be required; this restriction does not apply to drivers of 23 years of age and over.

If the vehicle is returned in a soiled condition, a cleaning and/or anti-odorization fee of up to $300 (depending on the contamination level) will be subtracted from your deposit amount before it is refunded to you.

Late return fee will be applied for any vehicled returned after the rental end date and time at a rate of $40 an hour. If you call ahead of the original return date and time to inform of the later return, a lesser fee may be negotiated

If you cancel your booking within 3 days of placing of your order, you will get a full refund. If you cancel after 4 or more days, you will be refunded 75% of your total rental amount.

The collected deposit will be held by us for 30 days after the return of the rented vehicle to cover any unforseen costs.

Any extra mileage outside of the agreement will be charged at 20 cents per kilometer driven.
